Tim Amann came to New York City for college and never left.  His instant love for the citys culture, buzz, and infinite opportunities made Amann stay. While he studied architecture and has experience in construction, Amanns interest lies in real estate. Being the charismatic, honest, and self-motivated person he is, the real estate business is a fitting career for him. Surpassing his longtime interest in properties, he also loves working with people.

He currently lives in Oceanside, but has lived in the Upper West Side, the Financial District, Astoria, and Jackson Height. His time in various neighborhoods has given Amann personal knowledge of many New York City areas, allowing him to give great residential advice to his clients.

When he isnt working, Amann loves to build things, paint, bike ride, and dive into the citys many cultural affairs, from movies to attending sporting events. His incredible patience and timeliness are a likely by factor of his architecture background. While he enjoys building things as a hobby, Amann also makes it a point to build strong relationships with his clients.
