Theodore comes from a family of real estate agents and has the business ingrained in him. Born in New York City, and raised in Los Angeles and New York, he lived on the Upper West Side during high school and went on to attend the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, earning a B.A. in Anthropology and a minor in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Theodore subsequently spent years as a touring musician in an LA-based rock group, and achieved success in the service industry as a restaurant manager in Los Angeles and Brooklyn. His creativity, vision, attention to detail and hospitality steered him in the direction of real estate, where he capably uses and capitalizes on his diverse skills to meet his clients' needs.
"I love hearing people's unique stories and helping them one on one to find a great new neighborhood and apartment they wouldn't have discovered on their own." Specializing in rentals and sales, Theodore works from Citi Habitats' Cobble Hill office and serves clients throughout the borough. He lives directly in between Red Hook and Carroll Gardens, and is passionate about the area. As a solo singer/songwriter, Theodore continues to play music and frequently performs around the city at various clubs. He is also an avid cinephile and has garnered experience as an outdoorsman, backpacking and camping whenever the weather permits.
