Tayonara Machado's interest in sales and international investments stems from her background in international relations and hospitality. She earned her Bachelor degree in International Relations in her homeland, Brazil and was an International Commerce Consultant for the Bank of Brazil, then lived in four different U.S. states working in the hospitality industry. Finally coming to New York, Tay realized that her business experience and client service skills would be best utilized in the exciting, fast-paced NYC real estate market.

Specializing in rentals and sales in the up-and-coming neighborhoods of Astoria, Long Island City and Forest Hills in Queens, and Williamsburg, Fort Greene, Greenpoint and others in Brooklyn, Tay does extensive research based on each client's unique needs. She educates those she represents not only with in-depth discussions and information, but by showing them first-hand what the options are in their price range. "It takes a lot of dedication to walk someone through the real estate process, to be at their side at all times, and to prepare them well for the journey ahead. That's what I love to do and is what I'm good at, and I will not give up until my clients are fully satisfied."

Tay knows buying or selling a home is one of the most important and possibly most stressful periods of one's life. Her job is to help you make sound real estate decisions, whether or not they lead to a sale or a purchase. "My goal is to find you a place you are comfortable and happy coming home to, especially after a long hard day in bustling New York City; that's an absolute must!"

Currently residing in Astoria and socializing constantly in Fort Greene, Tayonara loves New York City and believes that real estate here is the best investment on earth. She speaks fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian, and serves a diverse clientele who all tell her they are happy they finally found an honest broker.

Outside of work, Tay is an avid sports and fitness enthusiast whose workouts include practicing yoga to keep that important body, mind and spirit balance. She also loves to travel, explore and study different cultures. Another favorite passion is wine, especially enjoying it places around the world.
