Before we connected, I was struggling on my own to find a place in Manhattan. I was a little uneasy because I had a pretty limited window to get back to the city, and I needed to do it sight unseen. Thanks to him, I'm now in a GREAT apartment in Hell's Kitchen that literally checked all my boxes...and then some!
He is patient, meticulous, charismatic, flexible, fun, etc. etc...I can't say enough positive things about the experience! And while he showed me some awesome places via FaceTime in my desired neighborhood, he also made sure I didn't get tunnel vision. We checked out some solid units in nearby areas as well.
It's also been over a month since I moved in, and he still checks in to make sure all is good. I'm VERY appreciative of his help in getting situated back into the Big Apple :)

We have been working with Tal for the past year as our exclusive broker and it has been quite an experience to say nonetheless.
