Susie a native New Yorker, first generation Italian (she speaks fluent Italian), with years of working one-on-one with people from all around the world. Susie works tirelessly to find her customers their dream home and builds genuine, trusting friendships in the process. She is known for her listening skills, intuition, zest for life and passion for helping people, a combination that can put even the most stressed client at ease. As a accomplished entrepreneur, Susie is self-motivated and understands what it takes to achieve her client's goals.
Before transitioning to real estate, Susie co-founded and managed a successful NYC travel company specializing in corporate leisure travel for U.S. and European clients in many industry including luxury fashion brands such as Carolina Herrera and Vera Wang to Italian businesses and film production companies. She also spent 5 years as the Travel Office manager for the luxury Italian fashion brand, PRADA, where she oversaw their North American travel program. She was responsible for the travel policy, budget, supplier negotiations and contracts as well as business travel for all employees, celebrities and Mrs. Prada and her family. These experiences made Susie a master negotiator, an extremely skilled multi-tasker, and logistical planner. She also became an expert in overcoming last minute obstacles while maintaining strong customer relationships.
When Susie is not assisting her clients with their housing needs, she spends time with her 13 year old son, exploring the city, attending his soccer games, playing basketball or fishing with him. She also loves to travel and has been to many parts of the world including Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Mexico, Canada, French Polynesia and the Caribbean Islands. She is always eager to find new places to explore.
