My grandfather started Partridge Realty one of the first real estate offices in Astoria, Long Island City in 1957. I grew up in Sweden but moved to New York 1985 and my first memories where touring my grandfathers buildings picking up candy wrappers in the lobbies and helping him to unclog toilets for his beloved tenants. As the Partridge Empire grew I have taken part in managing, developing, selling and leasing properties in and around Western Queens.
In 2007 I joined the most successful Corcoran team cornering the new development market in western Queens which naturally lead me to open up a sister office to Partridge Realty for the newly emerging market in Dutch Kills and southern Astoria. My method of success is combining old school reputation and integrity with modern day customer service. Space Realty Groups is also an art gallery and we feature the growing community of local artists moving in to the neighborhood. Art makes your space HOME...
Best compliment I ever got: "Steffan is what I define as a *Mutated Real Estate Agent*. Let me explain: Evolution was imbalanced with real estate agents basically practicing a constant conflict of interests with clients, and notoriously being considered untrustworthy and despicable creatures. Enter: Steffan Olausson Partridge - a new professional evolution. My experience with Steffan as a real estate agent has been an absolute pleasure, he managed to turn the difficult experience of apartment searching in New York to an unforgettable pleasure. For me and my wife, Steffan did not only find a home - he was home. We got a great deal - a beautiful apartment, and a beautiful friend. Steffan is an asset, he should be a professional role-model. I could not recommend him enough as he is a rare individual and a fantastic service provider. One disclaimer though: After working with Steffan, your standards for a real estate agent would definitely change, and all those primitive un-mutated brokers, would seem even more slimy than ever before. - Mushon Zer-Aviv
