My husband and I are relocating to New York from Washington state and Stav Glick was the first Realtor we spoke with. Boy, were we happy she was! She sent us videos of each place, she made herself available at all times, including evening hours pacific time, which meant she was working even later on the east coast! She is on top of her communication and VERY responsive. She walked us through every road block and fought hard to get us into a place and location we wanted. When our credit came out to less than desirable she found and provided us with the best possible solutions to get us a home. I don't think the phrase "give up" is in her vocabulary! We really felt like she heard and understood what we were looking for and had our backs, including pulling us from a rental situation when she didn't think it would be a good move for us. Talk about having our best interest in mind! I also loved how transparent and honest she is as well as patient!!! She really took great care of us throughout this whole process and took a lot of worry off of our shoulders. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Finding a New York City apartment with a small budget is NOT easy, but thanks to Stav, we were able to find the perfect place. On our initial phone call she asked me to describe my 'dream' apartment, I told her everything I would love to have in an apartment, knowing full well that with my budget, most things I wanted would not be possible.However, the second apartment she showed us, hit every single box on my checklist. After we found our dream apartment, she was there with us every step of the way, answering all questions and concerns we had, making us feel completely comfortable.
