I have known Seth for 20 years, and he is absolutely someone I would trust to help me find my next home. Before he I got into real estate he is the person I called to get his opinion on my current apartment, and with his keen eye for layout and detail gave suggestions on how to decorate it. Seth was amazing to work with. Super flexible with his availability as me and my husband have crazy schedules. He was responsive and listened to all of our needs and found our dream apartment. Being new to NYC in the middle of a pandemic he made our move very convenient so much that we were actually looking forward to moving.

Seth was very nice, knowledgeable about the apartment and area around it. He was very informed about restaurants,
grocery stores, parks and transit close by the apartment. I really appreciated he answered all my inquiries really quickly and had such a nice and positive energy.
