He had his humble beginning from the culturally diverse country Nepal which he calls his home but he has lived a New York city life since the time he came to United States of America back in 1998 with a fist full of dreams and determination. His love for the city has only grown stronger by the year ever since and through his work, he wants his clients to have the same experience and feel the same excitement and more that the city has to offer. He is familiar with every nook and cranny of the city sprawling all the way from exhilaratingly diverse queens to elegantly polished and towering Manhattan.

Real estate is not the only passion he has. Sanjaya is adept in photography which he pursues every chance he gets. He loves to travel, listen to music, play badminton and is well-seasoned in billiards.
