Born in Sudan and raised in the Minneapolis suburbs, Rouaa feels as if her adopted city truly represents the melting pot that is the United States and therefore allows for the best food, music, art, and culture the country has to offer. Now, as an agent, she combines her love of the city with her appreciation of architecture and interior design, as well as her drive to be her own boss, in order to produce the best results for her clients.
With over three years of experience as a mortgage broker, Rouaa uses her intimate knowledge of the mortgage and title process to guide her clients through the complex ins-and-outs of real estate transactions. Diligent, organized, and genuinely personable, her additional seven years of experience in sales has taught her the importance of "getting in the mud" and putting her clients not just first, but also second and last. In her spare time, Rouaa enjoys pursuing and watching stand-up comedy. She also loves to run and work out, as well as spend time out and about in the city with her loved ones. Rouaa is also fluent in Arabic.
