Richard is happy to service rental and sale clients, as well as landlords whose business he can help grow by leveraging his strong relationships. Having lived in Downtown Manhattan for over 15 years, his expertise particularly lies in the neighborhoods below Houston Street.
A current Battery Park South resident, Richard also called SoHo and TriBeCa home. He brings experience managing family real estate and is part of a small multifamily rental business with properties in the outer boroughs and Newark. Richard has made a name for himself as a trusted, resourceful agent who is personable, professional, and above all, competent.

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Princeton, NJ, Richard loves New York. He attended The Dwight School in Manhattan, and went on to graduate from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY with a BA in Business and Psychology. His prior career was in advertising, primarily on the production side and in creative project management for high-profile clients and top ad agencies. Meeting the needs of clients ranging from independent musicians to global brand CEOs was and still is his forte.
Travel is a passion for Richard, his goal is to visit a new destination in both the U.S. and abroad every year. Richard has also continued to study and practice video production, co-producing a number of independent projects in his free time including a documentary on mental illness in the American South.
