Michael made finding my apartment both fun and easy. He was timely, responsive and a fantastic broker to work with. The typical broker I encountered would give me about 30 seconds on the phone and tell me where to meet them at which point they would show me one property and offer nothing else. Working with Michael was different from the first call. He asked me a bunch of questions and when I met with him he had 5 different apartments to show me. All of them were great but we choose the first one he showed us and he even took us back to see it again having just viewed 4 others with him. Leases were signed the next day. He's a professional that made this typically draining process energizing and easy and he has some great stories!

Michael is great to work with. He took the time to show us multiple homes until we found the perfect one. He is hardworking, caring and wants the best for his clients but beyond all of that he is creative. When we found an apartment we loved that was available earlier than we expected he then turned around and helped us to get out landlords permission to move out early and he also rented our apartment in a week.
