To all renters in NYC 2022 I have lived in this city for quite awhile and have rented multiple apartments over the years! This year has been crazy if not insane! Spent so much wasted time and effort chasing apartments and so-called brokers on listings that would recently rent or did not turn out as advertised...bait & switch ...you name it... this year I saw it all! I finally spoke to a friend and he referred me to Ray who got him his current apartment. From the get -go everything was different. He quickly oriented me too and about this years market and organized my expectations based on criteria that he was able to carefully establish from me through precise and well detailed questioning! I was able to view apartments that 'actually' fit the criteria I was looking for and they 'actually' turned out to be the way they were represented in pictures! I pretty much choose and knew which one I wanted before I viewed went to view it but, after the previous experience I still needed to see them in person. I did not get my first choice because an application did come in before I could submit... I point this out because Ray did suggested that I actually submit an application on this one site unseen since the demand was so great and as well because this particular apartment had been listed for a couple days, had a few showings already we could loose it in the time it took to get in for the viewing... So the next one I did submit site unseen and glad I did! I was able to secure the place before I viewed it and did not need to reconsider once I saw it in person! Ray as a broker has an ability that is second to none that I have ever worked with in NYC! Highly Recommend his Services!!!

To Anyone who is remotely thinking about using a broker in NYC, Think carefully then call Ray!!! I was refereed to Ray from a friend and this has been the greatest experience I have had here in the BIG Apple when renting an apartment!!!.I have used other agencies and sources before and let's just say they were daunting at best. Great to work with! One of the few brokers I've experienced in New York who doesn't try to force you into anything/doesn't do a hard sales pitch and is just a pleasure to work with. He was also great at, instead of sending me vast numbers of apartments, finding me the few that he knew I would like. We rented the second place he sent us.
