Native New Yorker Shida Harris is a self proclaimed "go getter". She takes the extra steps to ensure her clients needs are met. Shida's desire to succeed has followed her through life and she attributes her success to her parents, both of whom are teachers (hence the highly organized work approach and extreme attention to detail).

Shida graduated with a BA in Communications from the University at Albany, and prior to entering real estate, she enjoyed a successful ten year career in the modeling industry. All of her experiences, connections, and her pumped up positive outlook have all contributed to becoming a confident, passionate and loyal realtor.

When she actually stops working and takes what she likes to call "Shidatime", she enjoys museums, live music, candlemaking, cardio kickboxing, attempting to replicate recipes she saw on the Food channel (She makes a killer grilled cheese sandwich!), and frequents the New York Philharmonic.
