Born and raised in the 'melting pot' culture of Brooklyn, Quran L. Deas is a native New Yorker with a comprehensive knowledge and appreciation of all neighborhoods. As the co-leader of the MD Team, he now specializes in rental developments and investment properties throughout New York. Quran brings his proven track record of customer satisfaction and his relentless commitment to helping those in need of Compass.
Prior to joining Compass, Quran also served as Head Property Manager at CitySites Property Management, Inc. where he managed and maintained several condos and townhouses throughout the city, while simultaneously building an exclusive list of rental properties. His experience there has equipped him to represent, maintain and increase the value of the property.
Outside of the office, Quran successfully created a small investment group to start acquisitions in North Philadelphia, catalyzing his special interest in selling commercial properties such as 1694 Park Avenue, a five-story mixed-use building for over $6 Million in 2016. Also driven by a deep passion for helping others, Quran co-founded Mission 2 Millions: The Financial Literacy Project, a non-profit organization that focused on providing free financial education to inner-city urban communities and is part of the New York Urban League a non profit organization that focuses providing opportunities for the disadvantaged for education, careers and more .The relationships that he cultivated in the communities continue to mold his career and fuel his passion for real estate. When not volunteering or working for you he enjoys spending time with family, mornings at his favorite cafe Milk and Pull and traveling to different cities to take in their architecture.
