Joshua is enthralled to be working as a real estate agent in what he considers to be the greatest city in the world, NYC. Originally from the southeast he has been a resident of the city for ten years fulfilling his childhood dreams.
After completing his degree in Theatre and Performance Studies from Kennesaw State University, Joshua moved to the Big Apple. One of the many reasons he enjoys the real estate industry is it allows him the flexibility to pursue his creative endeavors.
Enjoying all that uptown living has to offer is a favorite past time of Joshua's. As an avid runner he enjoys running though various uptown destinations, such as Riverside State Park, The Little Red Lighthouse, and The historic Morris-Jumel Mansion. In his free time you can find him reading a book at one the of local coffee shops and becoming acquainted with other locals.
In a city of 8 million people finding a home can be an overwhelming process; however Joshua believes it doesn't have to be. He is here to make finding a home a smooth, seamless, and enjoyable experience. After all, finding a home can also be a lot of fun! It is with this understanding that Joshua is happy to come to work each and every day and help make his clients dreams a reality just as he did his own.
