Customer service and a personal connection with clients has always been the backbone of Preston's success. He is known for his ability to address specific concerns with great attention to detail, as well as for his drive to go above and beyond to get clients what they want in a place to call home.

Originally from Olympia, Washington, Preston graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona in Tucson. He is also a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. Preston currently resides on the Upper West Side after two years of living in Harlem. He came to real estate with extensive experience in the hospitality industry working with high-end clients, and 11 years as a professional actor working in New York and touring nationally.

Preston specializes in rentals and sales on the West Side of Manhattan from the West Village to Washington Heights and Harlem. He draws on his own knowledge in addition to detailed market research to present the best opportunities on the market.

Outside of work, physical fitness is important to Preston, specifically swimming. He is also an avid music and film buff, plus grew up skiing and hiking. Preston loves city life but enjoys spending a day in nature whenever he can.
