Paula cultivated a passion for real estate while watching her family build and develop properties throughout Romania. With years of experience in the service industry, she was able to make a natural transition to residential rentals and sales. Paula's penchant for service and customer-driven approach complement her natural business acumen and strong

Originally from the historic capital city of Bucharest, Paula established roots in the United States by way of New Jersey. She speaks fluent Romanian, French and English, and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Kean University. Paula fell in love with the monumental historical architectural structures that line the streets of Downtown Manhattan...so much so, she decided to invest and purchase property in the Financial District where she has been a resident since 2006. When Paula isn't out dining at the swankiest restaurants or shopping at her favorite boutiques, you will see her striding through the streets of Manhattan on her iPhone, working on her next deal.
