There are not enough words to describe how satisfied I was with my experience with Paul Figueroa. ‘Overwhelmed’ does not even begin to describe how I felt trying to relocate from a city 1/10th the size of NYC. I went in blind, naive, uneducated, and scared; however, I walked away with the apartment of my dreams, educated, confident, and excited for my new journey. With a million questions, Paul was beyond patient answering a million and one. Taking the time to inform and educate, Paul anticipated my questions and gave me answers to those I didn’t even know to ask. When we saw units, Paul was not only fully inspecting the unit, but paying attention to my reactions. Each unit affected what we went to go see next, and within 2 days, we found it: a place I could gladly call home. I felt confident that he had my best interest in mind, and that I wasn't being taken advantage of (especially as a single, young female going on this journey alone). He was available every step of the way, no matter the time of day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the sense of security I had knowing that I was set up for long-term success, was well worth any broker fee out there. I 100% recommend Paul for anyone looking for a new place to live, whether you're a newbie or an expert, you can breathe easy knowing you'll find the best the market has to offer.

Paul is hands down the best when it comes to finding a spot in NYC! I was moving from out of state so needless to say I was a bit overwhelmed. Paul narrowed down my prospects based on my wants and needs. He spent nearly an entire day with me showing a variety of options. In the end, he helped find me my perfect new home! He's got a great positive attitude, is super knowledgeable about the city and is completely honest, not just trying to make money off of you. He has even followed up with me post lease signing to assure I was still satisfied with my new place. Couldn't be more pleased!

Very helpful and AMAZING listings. Somehow found exactly what I was looking for within my price range and location boundaries. Always punctual and professional during meet ups. And even after I moved in he was available with any questions or concerns I had about my apartment. Five stars! Two thumbs up!! Paul Figueroa was instrumental in helping during my search for a place to live. I had run into roommate issues and had to vacate my current apartment asap.
