Patricia first landed in New York in the summer of 1986, and there was no looking back. Having lived through many of the city's transformations across neighborhoods spanning the Upper West Side and the East Village, Patricia knows Manhattan inside and out. She brings this hyper-local expertise to every client, and she understands the great responsibility in helping New Yorkers navigate a hectic market and locate a place that feels like home and suits their unique needs.
She believes in maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and assisting them every step of the way, whether they're a new grad searching for a first rental, a family looking to buy a home, or an investor interested in a pied-a-terre. And once they have a place, Patricia's clients can count on her for recommendations for everything from movers to schools, from hairdressers to sushi!
After graduating from NYU, Patricia spent much of her career working in healthcare between New York and her native Brazil. Recently, as a self-proclaimed nomad, Patricia decided to combine her prowess for finding a home with her passion for New York City.
In her spare time, Patricia enjoys practicing yoga, traveling with her husband and three kids, and taste-testing every new coffee shop in New York.
