I used Mark to help me find me first NYC apartment and would highly recommend him to anyone moving to the city, or looking to move within the city. He made the process seamless and handled almost all of my paperwork. He gave me a bulleted list of what I would need to apply and made sure I had my ducks in a row so we could strike quickly when we found the right spot. It's also worth noting that he wasn't rushing me to sign a lease, he took pride in finding an apartment I liked. I never felt like I was being "sold" into a space. 5/5 will be using in the future.
