Olesia Natarov's integrity, attentiveness, and excellent communication skills make her an agent who will go above and beyond to ensure her clients are completely satisfied. Over her first 2 years working in the New York City real estate business, she helped more than 100 people to find their new dream home, providing step-by-step guidance throughout the process. She believes that in real estate, there is nothing more valuable than relationships, and has already developed long-lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters, who trust her to close the best deals and uncover exceptional off-market listings that can't be found anywhere else.
Shortly after moving to Harlem, she fell in love with Upper Manhattan and now enjoys helping her clients meet all their real estate needs in Upper West Side, Harlem, Hamilton Heights and Washington Heights. Her real estate tours are not only about apartments themselves but also about the uniqueness, rich culture, and diversity of the neighborhood. As a former professional chef, she is always up to date with all best dining spots in the neighborhood and will gladly put together a list of recommendations tailored to her clients' taste.
Originally from Ukraine, Olesia speaks fluent English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian, which helps her effectively communicate with foreign renters, buyers, and investors. She holds a BA in journalism from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv as well as a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She worked in Michelin star restaurants in Paris and Manhattan before shifting to real estate. Her experience as a chef taught her that attention to detail is everything and that the best professionals are those who think outside of the box.
Outside of work Olesia enjoys cooking and discovering the New York dining scene, traveling the world, and dancing hip hop.
