I met Kevin in the Bond office for the first time, and after about 20 minutes of questioning us about our preferences and budget, THAT night he showed us the apartment that my sister and I ended up renting. I'd been looking at places for about a year and found nothing that came close to this deal! Ended up in the UWS in the most perfect apartment (for a perfect price). Can't recommend him enough!

Kevin was beyond a fantastic broker. While our budget was not the most flexible, Kevin truly listened to what we were looking for and put together a comprehensive package of apartments for us to view. Never did he put us in pressure situations or try to force our hand, he was knowledgable and helpful in every respect. While we did not rent from Kevin, I would (and already have) recommended him to anyone looking for an apartment in NYC. It is rare to find someone who is honest and a true straight shooting broker, and that's Kevin.
