Oksana is extremely customer service oriented and driven to find your perfect home. Having moved to New York City from afar, she understands the major undertaking finding a place to love can be, especially in such a fast-paced, complex market.
Since moving to NYC over 10 years ago. Oksana has enjoyed residing in Manhattan in the East Village as well as Brooklyn, and currently, in Murray Hill. She knows the neighborhoods and their vibes, and is happy to show customers around their areas of interest to inspire the right decisions.
Originally from Ukraine, Oksana was a Business Major at Volun State University and then at Brooklyn College. Her background in sales and hospitality honed her keen interpersonal skills that enable her to work well with various personalities, and build lasting relationships. Roles in project management, office management and human resources further instilled the hard work ethic, attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines for which she is known.
Oksana is multilingual in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, German and English. She enjoys assisting international clients as well as native New Yorkers in the search for the rental or purchase that best suits their needs and believes that listening and understanding someone's priorities are the first steps in building a trusting relationship, and the key to fulfilling one's dreams.
