Nina was a GEM in a sea of scary agents.She not only was prompt in giving me a call and discussing everything little aspect of the type of lifestyle I was looking for but was also honest in explaining everything that goes into the real estate selection process and requirements in NYC. Just in our first day looking, she showed us so many locations and we even ended up loving one from our first day touring with her!She is diligent, dependable, hardworking and truly gave us confidence in the choice we made after seeing a really amazing array of places that had very different pros in various neighborhoods. She's lived here her whole life so she really knows what the market is like and the vibe of each neighborhood, which she educated myself and my partner on prior to our search as well as during our viewings.Will be using her again for our next lease and really grateful to have found her to begin with. :D10 out of 10!

Nina was incredibly helpful to me for finding a great place. I told her upfront that I wanted a no-fee apartment and she was very honest about whether or not the places we were looking at was no-fee or not. She ended up finding me the perfect place with all the requirements I had, which seemed almost impossible. Nina took care of sending all my paperwork for approval and all the communication with the property manager, even showed up to the lease signing. She was also just really kind and overall a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Nina!
