This was my first time looking for an apartment with an agent. I was a tad hesitant since i was afraid that she would try to only find places out of my budget or simply waste my time. However, this was not the case at all! She found out what my priorities are, what my ideal place would entail, and what my deal breakers are. From there she was able understand what I was looking for for the best deals! She would ensure that I could maximize what i want on the budget that i had. I was not as responsive due to work but Nikki was patient the entire time. She was very responsive, thorough, and informative which I loved since I did not have to research myself (i still did and she was very accurate). She is very genuine, understanding, informative, and patient. I would recommend anyone to work with her!

A colleague of mine handed me Nikki's info when I had just moved to NY and was searching for an apartment. I called Nikki and immediately and the vibe was positive. A few days later I met up with her and I really felt like she cared, she listened to everything I had to say then gave me her feedback. She took me around and showed me a few apartments until I found one I really liked. Nikki made sure the final process went smoothly, I signed all my documents and was so happy when she handed me my keys. All I can say is, Nikki is amazing, knowledgeable about her market, she is a people person, very informative and surprisingly very punctual at every showing we had. I thought this move to NY would've been difficult, I was so stressed out, but Nikki made it so much easier. I can't thank her enough.

Nikki was awesome and a great help when I was looking for a Brooklyn apartment. I was open to all areas and apartment sizes, she took her time showing me various apartments throughout Brooklyn. I never felt pressured or like I was wasting her time. I will absolutely call her again, should I decide to relocate!
