A world traveler born in Washington DC, raised in Israel, and now living in NYC for over a decade - Nickie is a true international hybrid of cultures. Ever since moving to the big apple, Nickie explored all city's neighborhoods - mainly by foot - on a quest to explore and experience everything that is good in them: picturesque blocks and buildings, delicious eats, cool shops and interesting cultural venues and events. Over the years Nitzan worked as a freelance producer of street performances, an online marketing consultant and blogged about her life experiences in the city.
In 2013 Nitzan followed her life passion to sailing and started Sailors NYC - a sailing school and sailing club in NYC. This career enabled a city exploration got another dimension - from the waterways (also known as the 6th borough of NYC).
Residing in the Upper East Side for all these years watching and experiencing all changes this neighborhood and the City at large had gone through - brought Nitzan to real estate.
