Nick's experience in sales and marketing progressively made him aware that real estate in New York is the final stage in his path. He honed his keen eye as a freelance graphic designer for 10 years doing everything from advertising to branding, and additionally worked as a team coordinator for an electricity wholesaler recruiting new members, organizing field trips and doing door-to-door sales. Nick was also assistant manager for a marketing office handling multiple duties and helping to open a new office in San Francisco.
Focus, tenacity and creativity have been at the heart of his success in all his professional endeavors, most especially, in real estate. "Persistence and energy are key in this business; being tireless and relentless to find a buyer or seller in the best and worst scenarios," he says. "I'm always on the go, like a machine, driven to get things done and to satisfy my clients. I believe in finding a perfect balance to every transaction, where all parties involved are going to be the most satisfied." His such a high level of vigor, Nick loves working in Manhattan, because of the incredible energy concentrated here. The Financial District, Tribeca, West Village, Soho, Midtown and Hudson Yards are his go-to neighborhoods with the luxury and sophistication they exude. Nick will work in any part of the city, keeping his clients' best interest and well-being in mind as he evaluates potential homes. He is extremely loyal, honest and efficient, and encourages open communication at all times. "Tell me anything that's on your mind; we are in this together, and I value our relationship." Born in Westchester, NY Nick earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and later a diploma in Art Therapy.

He has lived in NYC for many years, moved around in Brooklyn, and currently resides in Crown Heights. In free time, he likes to skateboard, play guitar, spend time with interesting people, and learn whatever he can soak up about NYC.
