Netta is by far the best broker I've worked with in NYC! She helped my boyfriend and I find our dream apartment and all the while was helpful, knowledgable, and quick to respond to all of our questions. Couldn't recommend her more highly!

I recently worked with Netta to find a new apartment. Netta was extremely proactive with my apartment search from the start - she replied to my request to see a specific apartment, and requested all of the particulars in what I wanted in an apartment. She then did the research herself, found several great apartments for me to view (next day!) and was very willing to answer all of my questions. Throughout the lease signing process, Netta was extremely patient with both me and the management company. If she didn't have the answers to any of my questions, she got the answer as soon as possible. Netta also went above and beyond what is required of a particular broker after the lease was signed, going so far as to request the management company allow me to take measurements or negotiate my move in date. I am extremely happy with Netta, and would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family, as well as work with her again in the future.
