Mike is really great! He showed us a beautiful place, was friendly and informative, and helped us to get accepted. Even though my wife and I decided to decline and move on to a different neighborhood, he continued to check in to see how the search was going and offer show new places in the areas we were focusing in. Extremely helpful in our search, responsive and professional. Highly recommended!
Mike helped me and my husband find a Great apartment after contacting many agents with no response .We were anxious to move out of our old crummy apartment and move in this wonderful apartment even though it was a little smaller but still nicer and exactly where we wanted to be.

Great agent. I was outside of US when I started looking for an apartment in NYC. I asked Mike to get in touch with my friend in NYC and show him the apartment I had chosen. Mike was very cooperative and kept me and my friend updated simultaneously. The apartment didn't work out, but Mike followed up with many other apartment options which were cheaper and better than my initial choice. Finally I found the apartment of my choice through Mike who then personally sent the lease papers outside of US to me. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for an apartment in Brooklyn.P.S: Mike's broker fee is much less than most of the brokers I have met on this website.

We found Mike the old-fashioned way-- saw a listing in the window of a streetfront office and went in to ask about it. That apartment didn't work out for my boyfriend and me, but we did end up renting another one that he recommended later on. We loved Mike's easygoing nature, and the way he went to bat for us with the owners when we had to push back out move-in date. I'd recommend Mike and Virtual Real Estate to anyone looking in Brooklyn! They were a pleasure to work with.
