OMG! Miguel Arellano was the BEST. I needed to stagger a sale since i was getting divorced and rent without any problems. He sold my home, and found me my dream apartment, and managed to stagger the escrows 48 hours apart. He kept track fo the financing, both escrows, and made sure everythign ran smoothly. Before that, i was worried about selling my home and renting, But Miguel had one of his contractors come out and show us the specific issues i may have had, thereby saving me from complete and utter homeowning disaster. Im in a beautiful luxury penthouse on the waterfront now and couldn't be happier.
