As a native Jersey girl, Marianne Verna has been no stranger to NYC life. Her career started as she was working for several boutique fitness studios around Manhattan. She quickly realized that her favorite part of the job was the connections and conversations she was able to make with clients outside of their fitness routine.
Marianne realized that she could further her passion by getting her real estate license and being able to help people with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. REAL NY has given Marianne the tools and resources to provide her clients with the best options, and give them real time results. Her clients are number one priority, and she makes sure they know that!
When Marianne isn't pounding the pavement you can usually find her thrift shopping, finding new bars and restaurants in the city, and hanging with her friends & family.

Marianne is incredible, she helped me find a gorgeous apt in the WV. She knows the market, trends and NYC neighborhoods extremely well.
