Originally from Japan, Mari attended university in Tokyo then attended Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA on a Rotary Foundation Scholarship. She previously worked as a magazine and newspaper photographer in Japan and New York honing her creative eye and sharp research skills that make her so effective as an agent.

Raised with the standards that a client always comes first, Mari will treat you with respect and make you her top priority. Her passion for work is complemented by her love of a wide array of interests that include baking and cooking, dressmaking and millinery, horseback riding, Japanese Martial Arts, Kyudo (archery) and ballroom dance.
