Marc is great, he responds vey rapidly to inquiries and helps give you a fair amount of options via his free portal. He followed our price range and showed us a variety of apartments that matched our search criteria. He is very friendly and helpful. I recommend using him as he does help guide you through the process, and gives helpful advice along the way.
My roommates and I rented a 3 bedroom apt. from Marc in Gramercy. Everything was easy from start to finish. He sent us a list of forms to fill out for our guarantors and ourselves. Went over all supporting documents and negotiated with the management firm. He also recommended us a good renter insurance which approved us within the hour.
From start to finish Marc was transparent and straight forward. We didn't have a bank account and no credit history as we just moved from UAE. Marc was able to open a bank account within 15 min at Bank of America and took us to the right management company who accepted our application. My roommates and I looked at 3 units with Marc Henri in Midtown East on Monday and he was very informative. We put an application but someone else was faster in signing the lease. Marc was able to get back our deposit and is helping us find another unit. New York rental market is super fast and having a fast broker is key.
I just put an application with Marc. My biggest concern was that I have a large dog and needed a dog friendly building. He sent us a list of all buildings that accepted 50 pounds dog. We saw 3 this morning and put an application. The management got back to me within 1 hour and told me I was approved. I cannot say how much of relief it is to work with an agent that understood our requirements and didn't push another unit or try to switch us to a different building. Thanks Marc!
Prompt and responsive service. Marc disclosed the fees and paperworks before we went out. We looked at 5 units and we put an application on the same day. Marc knows the East village like the back of his hand and recommended his favorite restaurants, where the closest gym was and he also helped us with a doggy day care for our little Bruno.
