Lucky Gobindram, a New York native was born in Hells Kitchen and raised in Long Island, New York. After attending the school of business majoring in finance at The George Washington University, began his career as an entrepreneur. Wasting no time, Lucky moved back to New York City settling down in the Financial District. He founded and began building his mini empire of Dunkin Donut franchise stores around the Financial District and Chinatown, NYC. In September 2010, after 4 years of successfully scouting, forecasting, planning and executing the development of each of his 4 Dunkin' Donut franchise locations, Lucky decided it was time to pursue his passion in real estate.
