Lubi was great. I was pretty picky and taking my time with the search and she was very responsive and worked with me through the whole process. Lubi was also very transparent, respectful, and also knowledgeable about the area. If I go apartment hunting again I would definitely consider using Lubi again. We were searching for an apartment in a bit of a time crunch: we only had ten days before an international trip, and we needed to have our apartment situation figured out before we got back. The night before we left on our trip, Lubi showed us an incredible apartment. We knew immediately it was the one we wanted, but we were worried about getting it since we couldn't communicate easily while abroad.
When we told Lubi all of this, she was immediately so understanding and worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible. She met us shortly after our evening showing, got all of our contact and travel information so she knew when we'd be available, and proceeded to get our approval through the next day during our layover! When we returned, we met with Lubi again to sign our lease. She gave us all the information we needed in an organized fashion, and then asked us all about our trip. What could have been a stressful time was instead made simple and enjoyable by Lubi's friendly demeanor and thoughtful professionalism. We highly recommend working with her!

Lubi was great and absolutely amazing to work with. From the very start, she was extremely helpful and responsive, and answered all my questions, and accommodated all my needs regarding the apartment that I was looking at. She went out of her way to make sure I was one of the first to see the apartments since I was very excited about it. Then during the approval process and lease signing process, she was extremely responsive and sent me any updates she had, and reassured me about all my worries even. The entire process went very smoothly definitely due to her professionalism and responsiveness, and she facilitated everything wonderfully. She definitely cares about you not just as a client, but as a person, and after going through all the other callous NY brokers, Lubi has been amazing! I would definitely go back to her to look for any future apartments later on.
Lubi and her partner Lazar were extremely professional and capable brokers who helped my girlfriend and I move out of Murray Hill to an apartment in Astoria. They were very responsive when I first reached out to them and were exceedingly kind and patient after showing us several different apartments over the course of a week. When we finally found a place that we really liked, they did everything to make sure we were able to put in a successful application. They were actually very good friends with the tenant who was moving out and it was clear from first meeting them that they are very kind and warm people. Throughout the entire process, they never once pressured us or gave up on us when we were not that interested in the first few places we saw. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. They also really know Astoria well.

She was very professional and organized, and listened intently on what I was looking for in an apartment. Within hours of our call, I was meeting Lazar to look at available apartments. Lazar was very professional and demonstrated deep knowledge of Astoria. He also has a strong relationship with the landlords of one of the apartments I viewed.

Ljubi was awesome! She guided me through every step of the process in finding and renting a place. After I had told her what I was looking for, she quickly put together a great set of apartments for me to look at. They all met my criteria but covered a wide range of options that really made me feel like I was making an informed decision. She even spent some time showing me around the neighborhoods and showing me some cool spots to eat or hang out.
