Having relocated many times in the US and abroad, and currently residing in Gramercy Park in Manhattan, she fully understands the process of property search. Lina has also managed and rented personal properties, and is keenly aware of a property's worth both as a home and a major investment.
Lina came into real estate with over 15 years of expertise as a seasoned marketing strategist. She has worked in different roles and geographies, and with multicultural markets, managing high-profile brands for The Clorox Company, Johnson & Johnson, Nice-Pak Products and Univision Communications. Her diverse background has shaped her into an all-around marketer with proven, innovative ideas to generate consumer interest and drive business growth.
Hailing from Colombia, South America, Lina speaks English and Spanish fluently and has a basic understanding of French. She holds a Bachelor's in Advertising and Communication, and an M.S. in Corporate Communication and Public Relations from NYU. In her free time, Lina loves to cook and eat out, travel - which she's done extensively (150+ cities in North America, Central and South America, Europe and Asia so far!), read, and keep abreast of current and historic events. She is also the proud mother of two amazing human beings.
