His love of architecture and his passion for being of service to others made real estate a natural fit for Lance. Though he has lived in New York City for over a decade, Lance is originally from Los Angeles and earned a BFA in advertising from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. When he's not hard at work for his clients, he enjoys riding motorcycles, working out, checking out the city's restaurant scene, and going on adventures with his rescue dog, Bolo.
