Kinda is great at helping clients find the ideal residence that fits their lifestyle, taste, and budget. Born in Trinidad, Kinda was raised in Brooklyn where she has lived for over 30 years. As a native, she knows the neighborhoods very well and specializes in rentals and sales in Downtown Brooklyn and other areas like Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, and more of Brooklyn. Her style is patient, adaptable, attentive and supportive, putting clients at ease during what can be a stressful process.
Prior to real estate, Kinda worked as a project manager/producer at top advertising firms. Due to her background in such a demanding, fast-paced industry, she is highly organized, detail-oriented, disciplined and productive – invaluable qualities in a real estate agent. In addition to her business side, Kinda is also a creative type who studied dance.
Kinda currently resides in Crown Heights with her two cats and frisky puppy. As an animal lover, she volunteers at Paws NY where she takes care of pets for the elderly and disabled.
Kinda is also an avid exerciser training for her third marathon, a vegetarian who likes experimenting with different recipes, and a travel enthusiast who enjoys experiencing the world several times a year.
