Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kevin lived in the Upper East Side of New York for four years before buying his own apartment in Washington Heights. His favorite part about living in New York is that everyone in the city strives to be the best at what they do. No matter what field they work in, everyone recognizes that second best is not good enough, and he uses this tireless drive to motivate himself to be the best, too.
A working musical theatre actor, Kevin became a real estate agent to build a parallel career that would allow him to explore and share his love of the city. Innovative, adventurous, and empathetic, his artistic background helps him find a creative solution to any problem. Kevin is an approachable individual with a deep knowledge of New York's neighborhoods. This knowledge, combined with his love of speaking with his clients to discover what makes them

His most important priority is to find his clients a great home and get them moved in as quickly and easily as possible, and he always strives to find them the best private oasis to create a realistic life that is consistent with what their New York City expectations are.
Kevin loves boating, water skiing, singing, and exploring new spots in the city. He takes advantage of everything New York has to offer, knowing there is always something new worth checking out. He also enjoys attending every Broadway show he can get his hands on and spending as much time with his husband as possible. Kevin is proficient in Spanish.
