I would like to know your Needs (5Ws and 1H) clearly and your moving situation, in order to pinpoint the appropriated apartments for you. Most of my clients find their apartment at their first viewing, or 2nd at most.
Because of "Good Deals" goes fast, my recommendation to you is to bring your paperwork with you for viewing. I would to make sure that you take the apartment viewed and liked. The market is still so fast and rented by the bling of an eye.
Before I coming to real estate business, I was in Fashion brand business in Developing and production at Los Angeles working with premium denim Jeans brands. Also I have 10 year plus experiences worked for Sports brand and High end fashion brands in marketing, sales and operations.
I moved and traveled, worked and lived in 20 plus countries and speak 4 languages. I have BA International Economics in Japan and International MBA in International Marketing from Thunderbird, AZ.
