Kate was phenomenal!!! I was down to 3 days to find an apartment and contacted her on naked apartments about a listing I was interested in. She responded back to my inquiry within 20 min and we spoke on the phone to set up a time and day to meet, so nice having options. I met Kate at her office and,after filling out a questionnaire, was sitting with her and the team lead on finding places. We spoke about what I wanted didn't want or care about and what was important to me in a home. After that the two of them were on the phone calling buildings and looking for available units. We ended up with 3, I'm a person who didn't want to budge a lot from my neighborhood. The first apartment was perfect!!! Kate took me to see the units and the best part was it wasn't like we were going to see an apartment as broker and client but it was like friends going to check out a new hidden gem. After deciding on the unit I wanted it was a very quick signing of papers and gathering of paperwork. Within less than 3 days after we looked I had the keys in my hand to my new apartment.Kate is amazing in that she will listen and be supportive and optimistic and listen to the trouble and find solutions. She is also very good at responding back to and finding/knowing any information pertaining to the steps we were taking explaining the lease etc.I had been through about 5 other brokers during the month of July and honestly without a doubt I would say working with Kate was the most seamless effortless viewing I had been on. I contacted Kate with one of her listing in the midtown west area since I wanted to move close to my work. Meeting with her and her partner was easy, professional and she showed me the place I originally contacted about and three great other places to compare and choose from. Since all of those places were better than anyone else showed me, I was very confident with their choices and applied right away and just like that I got my dream apartment in my budget! I highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for apartment in NYC. She's also very knowledgable of the area and suggested a few great places to go and hooked me up with one of the great rooftop bar too!

Our circumstances changed, and we ended up staying in our current building, but we would have loved to find a place through Kate! She has my recommendation.
