Not only is he an expert on the LIC rental market, but he's also great at strategically scheduling viewings and negotiating lease signings to make sure you have the best chance of getting the apartment you want at the price you need. He really advocates for his clients and is great at proactively checking in throughout the application process to make sure you feel comfortable from the day you start looking for apartments to the day you move in.
