Julie is spot on! She is honest , caring and most of all efficient. She is highly educated in her field and able to tell you exactly what listings are accurate versus phony. Her devotion is extremely admirable. Many people think and feel they can do this on their own however everyone is a little too busy if your not willing to share or care that someone is paid for their expertise. It matters. Timing is everything. Julie allows you your space but is honest that if you love something you better go for it now! In today's crazy market, I'm super grateful for her talent and her advice as if I attempted this on my own I would not be as lucky and as excited as I am today. All in all... she really cares ! Julie responded right away when I requested a viewing for an apartment, and discussed my options with me and what I was looking for. We eventually ended up looking at a couple different Glenwood buildings, which she helped give me details for a few availabilities. The viewings were spread across the Upper East Side, and the day we were doing the viewings happened to be having an absolutely torrential downpour. After viewing the first place, I would have been okay with it, but Julie was more than happy to take us via a taxi on her to the other building, just to make sure I was picking the place that I was the happiest with, and thanks to her I ended up on picking the later viewing that I was so much happier with!
