Growing up in Titonka, Iowa, a town of approximately 500 residents and 0 traffic lights, Josh always had his eye on the big city. He moved to the East Coast when he got a job working in advertising, negotiating and buying TV ads for major entertainment clients. He was drawn to real estate when he found an article about TripleMint and fell in love with the business model and potential personal impact he could have.
When he first moved, he felt lost because he did not know anyone in NYC and was unfamiliar with the area and unfortunately, TripleMint did not yet exist. He loves to help people find their homes with as little stress as possible after having gone through the daunting process himself. His genuine personality makes finding a new home efficient and enjoyable.
