After simultaneously taking new jobs in Astoria, my girlfriend and I were frantically looking for a one bedroom apartment that was in our price range and would allow our cat. We must have called every realtor in the area, but were met with disappointment each time with met with an agent. Needless to say, by the time we got to Joe we were pretty frustrated and overwhelmed with the whole process. From the moment we met Joe, his confidence that he could find us exactly what we were looking for instantly put our minds at ease. Sure enough, Joe spent over a week scheduling viewings, and updating us daily with leads and inquiries until he found us our dream apartment. Once he found us our place, he then walked us through the whole lease signing process and even stayed after hours on several occasions to meet with us in order to accommodate our busy and unpredictable work schedules. Overall, we felt like through the whole process Joe was really rooting for us to find a place and didn't rest until he made that happen. We couldn't be more grateful and have since recommended Joe to several of our friends and colleagues.
