Jonathan was born in Manhattan, New York. As the fourth child of seven, four girls and three boys, competition, complication, and comradery were always present. Raised in the Bronx, his family relocated to Florida in 1997 where he attended and graduated high school earning academic and athletic scholarships. After earning his accounting degree, he spent a couple of years gaining valuable experience as a Certified Acceptance Agent for the IRS. BUT, he knew in his heart, he was destined to be an entrepreneur.
In 2015, Jonathan obtained his Florida Real Estate Sales license. He spent the next 3 years mastering the art of being a Realtor. In 2017, he took his Florida Real Estate Broker's Exam and passed on his first attempt. With dreams of opening his own Brokerage in Florida, he had accomplished the first and crucial step. The next step was EXPANSION. Next, he began preparation for the New York State Real estate exam, sat for the exam, and obtained his New York Real Estate license. He has almost 5 years of experience in Real Estate as both a licensed Broker in Florida and now a licensed Real Estate Agent with Hillel Realty Group in Queens, NY.
He understands his clients needs and he provides honest and ethical advice enabling them to make sound financial decisions. Jonathan pays close attention to detail and addresses every step of the home buying/renting process in a meticulous manner. As a devoted and caring father of two amazing children, he understands the delicate nature of relocating and establishing new roots, as well as the urgency of the situation in such a fast paced and constantly changing market.
