York's premiere high-end contractors. While working for his father John grew got a first-hand
education from the more than 100 employees at Dutchman Contracting in the contracting
and renovation business and how it relates to the real estate market in Manhattan. And this
is the value that John brings to the residential real estate industry. He understands cost,
value-added improvements when beneficial, and how to get numbers to work in a client's
favor, which translates into higher profits for sellers and cost analysis expertise for buyers.
Another of John's attributes benefiting clients is his highly competitive nature and a ferocious appetite for winning. A Division One lacrosse player at Georgetown University, John excelled on the field and in the classroom where he studied computer science.
