As a Real Estate Broker, Jitesh prides himself on an unwavering attention to detail, and an emphasis on trust, expertise, loyalty, and professionalism. In addition Jitesh is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and has negotiated a lot of sale and rental deals for satisfied clients. An alumni of The Wharton and SUNY Buffalo, he has been a proud New Yorker since 2006 and is a NYC resident on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Prior to joining Real Estate, Jitesh was a Commercial Pilot. With aviation a passion of his, he loves to fly over the beautiful Hudson River valley as often as he can. He also has a drone certification which he now utilizes towards drone photography and videos to ensure his clients' listings stand out from the competition. Real estate finance is also one of his strengths and has a thorough understanding of the many different types of mortgage products available, from straightforward 30-year fixed loans to the wide variety of ARM products, to creating customized seller-financing arrangements.
