In his previous executive position at his Brooklyn cooperative, Jesse served as Board President, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Vice Chairman of the Finance & Budgeting Committee. His diverse responsibilities entailed setting the agenda of the corporation, overseeing property management operations and handling all of the politics, different personalities and day-to-day decisions of the corporation as President of the building's Board of Directors.
Whether it was dealing with co-op finances, mastering the board purchase/resale/sublet application and approval processes, conducting interviews of prospective new shareholders and tenants, negotiating labor union and vendor contracts, or chairing meetings and managing Board/shareholder relations, and disputes, while achieving many goals, Jesse brings all of this experience to his real estate career.

Born in Bay Ridge and hailing from the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn, Jesse attended the New York Real Estate Institute and prior to that, CUNY Kingsborough Community College, where he majored in Business Administration. Jesse is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
His favorite pastimes include swimming, fine dining and hanging out with his Shetland Sheepdog, Luthor. Jesse also enjoys spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, exploring new places and experiencing new adventures through travel.
